What if I can’t repay my loan on the due date?

Like you, we hope this doesn't happen. Albany Finance is committed to collecting past due accounts in a professional, fair and lawful manner. If your personal check is deposited and returned by your bank due to insufficient funds, Albany Finance may charge a returned check charge if permitted by applicable law. (You should be aware that most financial institutions will also charge an NSF fee for a returned check.) You will be responsible for full payment of your account, including the returned check charge.

What if I change my mind after taking out a payday loan?

Albany FInance abides by CFSA Best Practices and state laws regarding rescission, which enable you to rescind the transaction at no cost within a certain time period by returning the full amount of the advance. Contact your local Albany Finance location for state specific rescission policies.

If I already have another payday loan outstanding, can I still qualify?

Albany Finance follows all federal and state laws, and the ability to have multiple loans depends upon state regulations. Please keep in mind that having more than one loan out at the same time could be more difficult to pay back.
